Kodcraft AI may build practical AI functionality such as:

Project Changes Made by Clients or Third Parties

After delivery or during an active project, clients may have access to source code, project environments, administrative tools, AI-assisted editors, hosting systems, or other project controls.

Changes performed directly by a client or an unauthorized third party can cause:

• errors;
• data loss;
• broken functionality;
• compatibility problems;
• security vulnerabilities;
• reduced performance; or
• deployment failures.

Damage caused by changes made outside Kodcraft AI’s approved workflow may fall outside the original warranty, support scope, or project agreement.

Restoration, debugging, reconstruction, or remediation resulting from unauthorized or negligent changes may be charged separately unless covered by an applicable support or retainer agreement.

Repeated interference with an actively managed project that materially affects security, stability, or our ability to deliver the agreed service may constitute grounds for suspending or terminating services where permitted by the applicable client contract.

This clause should also be placed in your future MSA/development agreement. The website disclosure alone should not be relied on as the contractual protection.

SEO Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:
