// Project Overview
Built Around a Clear Business Need
Donnaro is a locally focused dropshipping eCommerce website built to organize products from multiple suppliers within a single, easy-to-navigate online storefront.
The project was designed around both customer usability and long-term catalogue scalability. Customers can browse different product categories, discover available items, view product information, and shop through a streamlined eCommerce experience.
One of the key considerations was supplier management. Rather than relying entirely on manual product entry, the platform was structured to support product information coming from multiple supplier sources, including the potential for automated imports and synchronization of product details such as titles, descriptions, pricing, images, availability, and categories.
The catalogue architecture was also designed to remain flexible as the business grows, making it easier to introduce additional suppliers, expand product categories, and improve automation without significantly restructuring the storefront.
Overall, the project demonstrates how a traditional eCommerce website can be developed as a more scalable dropshipping commerce system, combining product presentation, supplier organization, catalogue management, and future integration capabilities.

From Challenge to Practical Value
01 / CHALLENGE
Challenge
The main challenge was creating a scalable local dropshipping eCommerce platform capable of working with multiple suppliers while keeping product information accurate and manageable. Instead of manually adding and updating every item, the website needed a more efficient way to import supplier product data, organize products across multiple categories, and prepare the catalogue for future expansion.
02 / SOLUTION
Solution
We developed a custom eCommerce website designed around a flexible dropshipping catalogue structure. The platform allows products from different suppliers to be organized within one storefront, with a foundation for automated product importing and synchronization.
The customer-facing experience was designed to make product discovery simple, while the backend structure makes it easier to manage products, categories, supplier information, and future catalogue growth.
03 / PRACTICAL VALUE
Practical Value
The platform reduces the amount of manual work required to manage a growing dropshipping catalogue. It gives the business a centralized storefront where products from multiple suppliers can be presented consistently while keeping the system flexible enough for additional suppliers, categories, and integrations.
It also provides a stronger foundation for expanding online sales without having to rebuild the website as the product catalogue grows.
